These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your communications with Ascendant Digital, a d/b/a of Ascendant Leads LLC ("Ascendant Digital," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you become a client, your signed service agreement controls where it differs from these Terms.
Ascendant Digital provides marketing services for contractors, including paid advertising management, AI-assisted lead follow-up and appointment setting, CRM automation, and website design. The specific scope, fees, and term of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement.
Where offered, the free first month means we waive our management fee for your first 30 days of service. Advertising spend is not included and is paid by you directly to the ad platform (for example, Meta). The offer is limited, may end at any time, and is subject to eligibility and the terms of your service agreement.
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, ad budget, sales process, and follow-up. Any examples, projections, or statements about possible results are not promises or guarantees of any specific number of leads, appointments, sales, or revenue.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Ascendant Digital about your inquiry, appointments, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
You agree not to misuse this site, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, or submitting false information. All content on this site, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Ascendant Digital or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Our site and services rely on third-party platforms such as scheduling, CRM, and advertising tools. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of those platforms.
This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ascendant Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ascendant Digital from claims arising out of your business, your advertised offers, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
